Before accessing and using the Application, Fun2Create: Design Yourself, please read, understand, and agree to the following Privacy Policy. If you (the User) do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please stop using the Application and uninstall the Application immediately. By using the Application, you will be deemed to have irrevocably agreed to the Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may be changed at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the Application indicates your agreement to the revised Privacy Policy.
Application Permissions on Your Mobile Device
The Application requires permission to access the User's mobile device image or photo gallery, and to write files to the User's mobile device storage. The Application uses these permissions to save images made from the Application as image files on their mobile device.
The Application also requires permission to write files to the User's mobile device storage to save User settings within the Application. For example, the Application saves whether or not the User has muted the background music in the Application so the User does not have to mute the background music in the Application every time they use it.
The Application does not use these permissions for any other purpose.
Social Sharing
The Application allows the User to share images made from the Application on Facebook. The User must be logged into their Facebook account in the Facebook app in order to do this. When the User chooses to share images made from the Application on Facebook via the Application, if the User is not already logged into the Facebook app, the User may be prompted to log into the Facebook app. This requires the User to enter their Facebook login information. The User's login information is needed only to allow the User to log into the Facebook app.
The Application does not collect, transmit, share, use, or store the User's Facebook login information.
In the event the User chooses to save images made from the Application onto their device, and later share them to other social media websites and applications, including but not limited to Instagram or Twitter, the Application is not responsible for any event that may occur as a result of sharing them to these social media websites and applications. The Application does not collect, transmit, share, use, or store the User's information related to these social media websites and applications.
Note that the User must be 13 or older to be able to use Facebook, and the User must agree to Facebook's Terms of Service and any related user agreements or privacy policies before they may use the Facebook app, whether or not they use the Facebook app via the Application. In order to use other social media websites and applications, the User must meet the minimum age requirement for those social media websites and applications, and the User must agree to the Terms of Service and any related user agreements or privacy policies of those social media websites and applications, if the User wishes to share images made from the Application to those social media websites and applications.
Mei Yu, and her partners, sponsors, and associates, will not be responsible for any result or consequence that may arise from you sharing images made from the Application, whether these images are shared on any social media website and application, or other websites, applications, or platforms. In addition, Mei Yu, and her partners, sponsors, and associates, will not be responsible for the Terms of Service and any related user agreements or privacy policies of any social media websites and applications, or other websites, applications, or platforms.
By sharing images made from the Application on any website, application, or platform, regardless if it is related to social media or not, you acknowledge that Mei Yu can use such images made from the Application for any purpose and will not compensate you in any way for any use of such images made from the Application. If you do not agree to this, please do not share images made from the Application on any website, application, or platform, regardless if it is related to social media or not.
User Privacy
The Application itself does not collect, transmit, share, use, or store any private, personal, sensitive, personally identifying, or other kinds of information from its users, except as mentioned below.
Some of the Application's third party advertising partners, such as Google AdMob, may collect, transmit, share, use, or store user data for purposes such as, but not limited to, serving advertisements. For more information, you can see how Google uses such data.

Any email not related to this Privacy Policy, or not for business purposes, will not be opened, read, or replied to. When you submit an email, your return email address and the date and time of sending are automatically included in the submitted email. Your email address will not be collected, transmitted, shared, used, or stored in any way other than to contact you in regards to your submitted email, if your submitted email is replied to at all.
Please do not include any pieces of personal information such as home address, date of birth, credit card information, government-issued numbers or codes, or any other piece of private, personal, sensitive, personally identifying, or other kinds of information in your submitted email.

Similarly, Mei Yu, and her partners, sponsors, and associates are not responsible or liable if you submit an email that includes any private, personal, sensitive, personally identifying, or other kinds of information, in the email body, message, subject title, signature area, in an attachment, or in any other place in the email. Therefore, do not send any private, personal, sensitive, personally identifying, or other kinds of information. If, despite this request, you do send any private, personal, sensitive, personally identifying, or other kinds of information, you agree that Mei Yu, and her partners, sponsors, and associates will NOT be held liable, nor will they bear any responsibility for your inability to follow this policy. You also agree that Mei Yu, and her partners, sponsors, and associates will not be responsible if in the unlikely event that a third party intercepts your private, personal, sensitive, personally identifying, or other kinds of information. Mei Yu, and her partners, sponsors, and associates will not be able to compensate you in any way, nor aid you in any way, in such circumstances.
